In order to make the best of your experience with us we have to have some rules to keep everyone safe and secure. Please read them before you arrive so you won't have any surprises when you get to the gates.

HOW DOES CASHLESS WORK?

 

CREDIT + DEBIT CARDS

Your wristband is linked directly to your credit card, meaning you are only charged for what you spend.

No refunds after the event.

There is no need "to add funds" or worry about your balance on the wristband.

 

CASH

Any unused cash put into your wristband account will not be refunded at the end of the event.

Do not load more cash on to your wristband than you plan to use.

**NEW RULES FOR 2025**

 

**No outside alcohol allowed in the reserved parking area.

 

**When entering the reserve parking area -- all occupants of the vehicle must have properly displayed reserved section wristbands and lanyards.   Security will be stopping each vehicle to check.   Anyone without reserved wristband and lanyards in the vehicle entering for reserved parking must exit the vehicle at this point.

 

**By entering the reserved parking area, you agree to no tailgating and no alcohol, weapons, or contraband in your vehicle.   The parking area is on City of Panama City Beach property.   You are agreeing to a vehicle search by law enforcement if needed.  Failure to comply to these terms will result in forfeiture of festival wristband, parking pass, and removal from the festival.

 

**No "tailgating" in the festival reserved parking area. This includes the consumption of alcohol in your vehicle while it is parked in the reserved parking lot -- as per City of Panama City Beach Ordinance.

 

**No RV or camper parking is available at the Pier Park Parking lot (General Admission Parking) or in the reserved parking area.   Please make plans to park at a local campground and provide alternative transportation to the show.   All RVs/campers will be towed at the owner's expense.

 

**When entering the handicap parking area -- all occupants in the vehicle must be wearing a Seabreeze Jazz Festival wristband before the vehicle can enter for parking.

 

**No exiting of the show and "tailgating" in the festival reserved parking area.   This includes the consumption of alcohol in your vehicle while it is parked in the reserved parking lot -- as per City of Panama City Beach Ordinance.

 

**Smoking will be only allowed in the Food Court Area.   No smoking in the Performance and Seating Areas as well as the around the restroom area.

 

*Wristbands that are accidentally tightened may be replaced the first day of the festival on Thursday April 25th only.   This will require a wristband replacement fee of $50 per item.  Parking passes will not be replaced.

 

*By entering the Seabreeze Jazz Festival gates and/or parking, you agree to hold harmless from accident or injury the following entities: Carter Broadcasting, Inc, Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Seabreeze Jazz Festival Foundation, Panama City Beach Convention and Visitor's Bureau, and the City of Panama City Beach.

 

 

PARKING

 

*General Admission parking is free at adjacent Pier Park.

 

*General Admission Handicap Parking is available on a first come basis in front of the General Admission main entrance.    Follow the signs for handicap parking.   Managed by the Bay County Sheriffs Department.

 

*All reserve ticket holders (Gold, Premium and Ultimate Jazz Tables) will park in their designated parking lot near the reserved entrances.  Please use south entrance from Front Beach Road to West Park Drive to easily access Reserve Parking areas. Access road to parking is behind the event stage.

 

WEATHER

The festival will take place rain or shine. Please keep up-to-date on weather reports and plan your attire and preparations accordingly.

 

WHAT TO BRING

 

*Your wristband which will be your ticket and your digital wallet

*Your photo ID

*One Lawn Chair per person:  Only low and mid-back chairs.  No high back or chairs with umbrella tops or canopies.

*One Clear Bag per person:  Should not exceed 12" X 6" X 12" or a one-gallon clear plastic bag (Ziplock bag or similar)

*One Small Umbrella:  Must be collapsible no more than 18"--- To use between set changes only for shade if needed.  No sharp points.  Must come down during performances.

 

*Your cellphone: for great photos and your access to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival Mobile App

*Comfortable clothing and shoes

*Smiles and good vibes encouraged

 

 

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUG USE OR POSSESSION

We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use and possession. Police officers will be working inside and outside of the event, and all narcotics laws will be strictly enforced. Be responsible

 

 

SECURITY & ENTRY

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit-- if requested, to a full search including your pockets and bags, having all of your items examined, a full pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. Steel toe boots or shoes are subject to be removed in metal detector area. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

 

ALCOHOL POLICY

All alcoholic beverages purchased inside the venue must be consumed inside the venue itself.  No alcoholic beverages (opened or non-opened) may leave the gated area.

 

ALL TICKETS

will include local and state taxes, City of Panama City Beach Aaron Bessant park facility-fee, processing and shipping charges added to your total. One wristband per ticket order -- No sharing of wristbands. Children 8 and under admitted free in General Admission with a paid adult admission. Gold Reserve, Premium Reserve, Silver Reserve, and Ultimate Jazz Tables/Individual Seating will require an additional ticket for children. After Parties and Jazz Cruises are adult only events.

 

MILITARY TICKETS

Discounted military tickets will be available beginning in early November at the Tickets and Travel Offices/MWR at area military bases in Northwest Florida and South Alabama.  Proof of active military ID required for purchase.  Check back for updates.

 

FESTIVAL POLICIES

 

*Limit One Bag and One Chair Per Person

 

CLEAR BAG POLICY: To speed up entry, each patron will be allowed entry with their choice of ONE ITEM below:

 

     *One clear bag, purse, or backpack per person (no larger that 12" X 6" X 12")

     *One 1-gallon clear freezer bag (Zip-lock style or similar)

     *One small fanny pack

     *One small clutch purse with or without a strap about the size of your hand

 

 

*No refunds or exchanges.  No exceptions.

*Show is rain or shine. All ticket orders are final

*No smoking excepted designated smoking areas (see event map)

*Wristbands must be worn on the patron's wrist and not used as necklace or attached to any other object.

*Wristband should be slightly loose --no more than the space of two fingers.

*No coolers, outside beverages, food or open containers containing liquid (including coffee)

*No cameras or video recording equipment allowed -- only cell phone and mobile tablet photography is permitted

*No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors

*No unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.

*No tailgating

*No sharing of wristbands

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

 

*Coolers

*Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)

*All cameras (only cell phone and tablet photography allowed)

*Cans and cups containing product

 

*Chairs with a high back.  Acceptable Approximate size (unfolded): 34" x 32" x 20".  (See photo above)

*Chairs with an umbrella style roofs (canopy chairs) or any structure that would impede viewing from behind. Acceptable Approximate size (unfolded): 34" x 32" x 20".

*Multi pocket large purses, bags or backpack (over 15″×15″)

EXCEPTION FOR 2024:   Both the 25th Anniversary Yeti Mug and 25th Anniversary Wine Tumbler are acceptable for entry.   Patron must show cups are empty when entering.

*Illegal substances

*Drugs or drug paraphernalia

*Pets

*Laser pointers and air horns

*Rolling carts or wagons

*Tents and large umbrellas

*Flags or banners

*Bota bags

*Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)

 

 

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS

 

*Small bags, SINGLE compartment backpacks, clear backpacks, & purses (maximum 15″×15″)

One clear/see-through empty plastic or acrylic sports bottle (non-glass) for free water fill ups.

CamelBaks with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment—must be empty upon entry

*One Bag and One chair per person. (chair only allowed in General Admission area.  Reserved Seating (Gold, Premium, and Ultimate Jazz Tables) all are provided seating so no outside chairs allowed in these sections.

*Chairs - Only standard height bag chairs are allowed. No chairs with umbrella style roofs or any structure that would impede viewing from behind. Acceptable Approximate size (unfolded): 34" x 32" x 20".

*Every chair and bag must have an accompanying attendee present (i.e. husband/significant other is carrying 2 chairs, both parties must be present at the time of entry for the chairs to be allowed in)

*Cell phones and mobile tablets

*Fanny packs

*Sunglasses & hats

*Lighter and sealed pack of cigarettes

*Earplugs

*Powder makeup and sealed tampons

*Packs of gum

*Prescription medication:  Prescription medication must be in the original pharmacy issued container and labelled for use by the attendee in possession of the medication. Over the counter medicines must be in pill form and in it's original packaging. No liquids are allowed.

 

WRISTBANDS

 

*Your wristband is your ticket into the festival and your digital wallet.  Treat it like cash.

*One wristband per ticket order -- No sharing of wristbands

*Don't put your wristband on until you are on the way to the show.  If they are overtightened, they will not come off.

*Lost or stolen wristbands can be deactivated and replaced before entering the festival at the on site Box Office outside the Main Entrance.

*Once inside the festival grounds any patron who has lost their wristband must visit the on site customer service stations inside the festival grounds.

*Customer service agents will verify your access & cashless account information before reissuing a wristband, please ensure you bring 1 piece of government identification for verification.

*Wristbands that are cut, stretched or damaged in any way WILL NOT be replaced.  Purchaser will be required to repurchase.

*Wristbands that are accidentally tightened may require a Wristband Replacement Fee.

 

FOOD VENDORS

 

Food vendors on site will provide a variety of food options including gluten-free, low-salt, and healthy food options as well as great local seafood, Italian, world-class BBQ, and more.

Dinner Cruise, Lunch Cruise, and Ultimate Jazz Table Individual Seating Tickets: Seating numbers on these tickets are non-specific and are number placeholders only for ticketing purposes. Seats are not numbered at the venue or the cruises. Seating is reserved by table number, and not specific by chair number.

LEGACY TICKETS

 

Legacy tickets are renewal of all of your 2024 tickets for 2025. It's open to the primary email account holder for each ticket purchased through PromoTix.   Military tickets are excluded from the Legacy Ticket Program.

 

The special Legacy email will go out on Thursday May 2nd. The email contains a pre-set link for you to repurchase your same seats for the 2025 show.  No subtractions or additions to the ticket type or ticket count are allowed in the program. You must either accept the offer to rebook or not respond.

 

You will have until 11:59pm central time on Sunday May 12th to respond to the Legacy renewal email.   As part of the renewal -- you will be given the option to upgrade your tickets to a different section.  (An upgrade is from one section to a higher priced seating section -- for example from General Admission to Reserved or from Gold Reserve to Premium Reserve).  The link to request and upgrade is contained the Legacy email confirmation sent to our inbox after you have repurchased the tickets.   Please complete the upgrade form after you renew your Legacy Tickets.

 

If an upgrade to your account is available (based on remaining ticket inventory)-- a representative from Seabreeze will contact you via phone or email regarding your options on upgrading your seats during the period Wednesday May 17th through Wednesday May 31st     If you wish to upgrade to the seats offered -- you simply pay the difference between your Legacy Tickets and the upgraded seats.

 

Please note -- if you have sold any of your 2024 seating, filed a charge back, or received a refund even through an insurance claim -- then you will not be eligible for a repurchase through the Legacy renewal. You are only able to renew the same seats purchased...without any changes in the total ticket count.

INSURANCE

If you purchased insurance for your order and have an inquiry, please contact Allianz Insurance customer service directly if you have any questions regarding the insurance purchased for your order. If you purchased insurance for your order and would like to file a claim, please visit https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/file-a-claim.

 

If you did NOT purchase the insurance plan, you will not be able to alter the order to add it on. Insurance plans can only be added to an order at time of purchase.

LEGACY TICKETS

 

Legacy tickets are renewal of all of your 2024 tickets for 2025. It's open to the primary email account holder for each ticket purchased through PromoTix.   Military tickets are excluded from the Legacy Ticket Program.

 

The special Legacy email will go out on Thursday May 2nd. The email contains a pre-set link for you to repurchase your same seats for the 2025 show.  No subtractions or additions to the ticket type or ticket count are allowed in the program. You must either accept the offer to rebook or not respond.

 

You will have until 11:59pm central time on Sunday May 12th to respond to the Legacy renewal email.   As part of the renewal -- you will be given the option to upgrade your tickets to a different section.  (An upgrade is from one section to a higher priced seating section -- for example from General Admission to Reserved or from Gold Reserve to Premium Reserve).  The link to request and upgrade is contained the Legacy email confirmation sent to our inbox after you have repurchased the tickets.   Please complete the upgrade form after you renew your Legacy Tickets.

 

If an upgrade to your account is available (based on remaining ticket inventory)-- a representative from Seabreeze will contact you via phone or email regarding your options on upgrading your seats during the period Wednesday May 17th through Wednesday May 31st     If you wish to upgrade to the seats offered -- you simply pay the difference between your Legacy Tickets and the upgraded seats.

 

Please note -- if you have sold any of your 2024 seating, filed a charge back, or received a refund even through an insurance claim -- then you will not be eligible for a repurchase through the Legacy renewal. You are only able to renew the same seats purchased...without any changes in the total ticket count.
