500 West Park Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32415 - From Panama City, take US Highway 98 West 6 miles and turn left on Pier Park Drive in front of the shopping area (look for Target). - From Destin, take US Highway 98 East and continue east 1 mile past the Highway 79/Highway 98 intersection to Pier Park Drive and turn right. Look for the flashing direction/parking signs. |

No coolers allowed. Only small personal insulated lunch box/bag/tote will be allowed in General Admission area only. (Nothing over 12 inches tall, please). PLEASE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Security WILL CHECK ALL personal insulated lunch box/bags, purses, backpacks, and bags including umbrella and chair bags and confiscate any alcoholic beverages and open containers. Only SEALED non-alcoholic beverages allowed (water, soft drinks, and juice). NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED INSIDE. All food items are OK. Please note a cash bar will be available inside the venue along with a variety of food vendors.

SEATING |
Bring a lawn chair or a blanket as festival area is grass field (unless you purchased VIP tickets where chairs are provided). Chair rentals ($15 per day or $45 for both three or four days) available at front gate or pre-ordered online or at 1-800-595-4849. Chair rental available online on Tickets Page. |
PARKING |
General Admission and VIP parking will be available on site at Pier Park. VIP Parking with VIP Parking Pass hangtag. Overflow Parking available just north of the amphitheater area. Look for the signs. |
UMBRELLAS |
Only allow in the up position between acts and must come down while artists are performing. Please wear a hat and bring sunscreen because shade is limited. |
SMOKING |
No smoking will be allowed under the tented areas. Please be considerate of your non-smoking colleagues. |

The 2012 Festival Poster and T-shirt will be on sale at the Merchandise Tent near the restroom area. Festival T-Shirts and posters do sell out early and will not be available online. |
CD SALES & MERCHANDISE |
Each artist’s CDs will be on sale in the Merchandise Tent near the entrance along with festival shirts, hats, and other jazz festival items. |

VIEWING TENTS |
Each artist will sign and meet the fans in the Merchandise Tent after each performance. Photos with artist OK. |
CAMERAS |
Cameras are permitted for still shots but no videotaping allowed of shows as per artist contracts. |
| ARMBANDS | You will be given a different colored armband each day of the event and can come and go freely after admission. Remember, Pier Park is directly across the parking lot from the concert and offers over 150 stores, restaurants, and multi-screen movieplex. Please do not take off your armband as you will be asked to leave the venue. |
FOOD & BEVERAGE |
A variety of food vendors will be located at the Food Court area on the west side of the festival area. Beer, wine, and frozen drinks will also be available. Beer and wine tokens are for sale and beverages sold with tokens only. Remember, 21 to drink in Florida. Food vendors located in the Northwest corner of the venue near the flagpoles and restrooms. |
| ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS | A wide variety of vendors will be on site for shopping all weekend. Art and clothing vendors east of the concert area (in rectangular field) near Pier Park parking lot. |
