ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUG USE OR POSSESSION

We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use and possession. Police officers will be working inside and outside of the event, and all narcotics laws will be strictly enforced. Be responsible

SECURITY & ENTRY

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit-- if requested, to a full search including your pockets and bags, having all of your items examined, a full pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

ALL TICKETS

will include local and state taxes, city of panama city beach aaron beasant park facility-fee, processing and shipping charges added to your total.

 

One armband per ticket order -- No sharing of armbands

FESTIVAL POLICIES

Limit One Bag and One Chair Per Person

• NO refunds or exchanges

• NO smoking under tented areas

• NO coolers, outside beverages, food or open containers containing liquids (including coffee).

• NO unauthorized/unlicensed vendors

• NO unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.

• NO tailgating

• Show is rain or shine. All ticket orders are final.

• Treat your armbands like cash and keep them safe.  Missing or damaged armbands

   will not be replaced.

• No sharing of armbands

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Coolers, cans, and cups
  • Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
  • Illegal substances
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Pets
  • Laser pointers and air horns
  • Rolling carts or wagons
  • Glass, cans, cups or coolers
  • Tents and large umbrellas
  • Bota bags
  • Multi pocket large purses, bags or backpack (over 15″×15″)
  • Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
  • Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
  • Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)

OTHER ACCEPTABLE ITEMS

  • Small bags, SINGLE compartment backpacks, plush backpacks, & purses (maximum 15″×15″)
  • water bottles—must be empty upon entry  Water will be available for $1 a bottle throughout the venue, we will also have a variety of Juices,Gatorade and soda at nominal cost throughout the venue..
  • CamelBaks with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment—must be empty upon entry
  • Cell phones
  • Fanny packs
  • Sunglasses & hats
  • Lighters and sealed packs of cigarettes
  • Earplugs
  • Sealed lip balm & gloss
  • Powder makeup and sealed tampons
  • Sealed packs of gum
  • Prescription medication (must show physician’s prescription and consult with a safety officer upon entry)
  • Non-professional flash/still cameras, handheld video devices under 6” (sony action cam, GoPro, etc.), and GoPro extendable poles
  • E-cigs or vapes that do not have refillable liquid chamber
